How heads or tails is decided

Every press picks heads or tails at random for each coin. The two sides are exactly as likely as each other, and the coins do not affect one another.

No. A flip does not remember the one before it, so it is even every time. Five heads in a row and the sixth flip is still even.

How many heads come up when you flip several

The middle is the most common. Flip four coins and two heads can happen six ways, one head or three heads four ways each, and all heads or all tails one way each. That is why results near an even split show up often and lopsided ones are rare.

Settling one of two options, sorting out an order, or picking who goes first. Several coins at once also covers the game of seeing how many heads land.

How is the share link built

Share puts the sides you flipped into the address and builds a link. Opening that link draws the same sides, and the person who opened it can flip their own coins right away. Flips are not stored — a refresh clears them, and they go into an address only when you build a link.

The address is scrambled so the values are not readable, and changing one character stops the sides from showing. That catches links garbled in transit or edited by hand. It does not confirm who flipped them, or when.
